Description: This format is made up by 2 separate ads. One is a banner ad. When the user scrolls over it, a floating ad (layer) is shown. The floating ad includes a video stream which starts automatically. When the user scrolls out, the floating ad disappears, and can be opened again by clicking on a link on the banner ad.
